Purpose of the position
Leading the Security team in the protection of assigned premises, assets and personnel . The
senior supervisor will be responsible for assessing the work performance of security officers
and develops training plans for the team.
Job description
- Supervise Security Guards
- Create training and development plans for security
- Lead Security Personnel in security surveillance
- Conduct inspections for physical and safety hazards
- Perform Investigations and conduct Interviews
- Lead emergency response drills
- Conduct Patrols
- Other duties may be assigned by managed by management from time to time.
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor degree education.
- At least two (2) years of Security Supervisor.
- Computer literate, an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products is essential (word, excel, mails and outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Kiswahili and English languages.
- Excellent knowledge of security protocol and procedures.
- Driving License (Motorcycle and other Vehicles).
- Must be honest and be of good moral character
- Must demonstrate leadership and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to multi-tasks and think fast.
- Ability to work in a team environments

- Answer and direct phone calls , taking messages as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with inquiries and provide information about services
- Support other team members with additional tasks as required
Experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any business related field
- Proficient in Microsoft suite and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- At least 3 years of working experience in a Front Office Management in a busy organization.
