JOB TITLE: RESTAURANT MANAGER. 

∙ Duties and Responsibilities: 

Are you a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for the restaurant industry? We'reseekinga Restaurant Manager with sharp business acumen, ready to drive growth, optimize operations, anddeliver exceptional customer experiences. 

Key Responsibilities: 

∙ Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead the financial success of the restaurant by developing annual budgets,forecasting revenue, and closely monitoring profit margins. Ensure operational efficiency whilekeepingcosts in check. 

∙ Revenue Management & Profit Maximization: Utilize strategic pricing, promotions, and sales forecastingtomaximize profitability. Implement targeted marketing initiatives to boost sales and fill seats duringoff-peakhours. 

∙ Entrepreneurial Menu Engineering: Collaborate with the culinary team to craft a menu that balancesinnovation, customer preferences, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring high profitability and customersatisfaction. 

∙ Operational Efficiency & Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvements, introducetechnologysolutions, and create workflows that enhance service speed and reduce waste. ∙ Customer-Centric Strategy: Leverage data analytics to anticipate customer preferences, improveservicestandards, and build a loyal customer base through personalized experiences and rewards programs.∙ Talent Development & Leadership: Foster a high-performance culture by identifying and nurturingleadership potential within your team. Implement performance metrics, training programs, andstaffdevelopment initiatives to boost team productivity. 

∙ Vendor & Supply Chain Optimization: Build strong relationships with vendors, negotiate favorablecontracts,and ensure a steady supply of quality ingredients at the best possible prices. ∙ Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. Developrisk management strategies to safeguard the business. 

∙ Data-Driven Decision Making: Use key performance indicators (KPIs) and market insights to makeinformeddecisions that improve operational performance and financial outcomes. 

∙ Sustainability & Social Responsibility: Incorporate eco-friendly practices, reduce waste, and aligntherestaurant with corporate social responsibility goals, strengthening the brand’s reputation inthe community.

Qualifications: 

1. Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience in restaurant operations froma reputableinstitution.2. Proven Experience as a Restaurant Manager of not less than five years 

3. Expertise in Restaurant Operations: Deep understanding of front- and back-of-house operations, includingstaffing,inventory, and service quality. 

4. Business Acumen: Strong financial management skills, including budget planning, cost control, and revenuegeneration strategies. 

5. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards in service quality, food presentation, and customer satisfaction. 

6. Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading, motivating, and managing a teamto achieve consistentandexceptional performance. 

7. Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering a memorable dining experience, with a focus on exceedingcustomer expectations. 

8. Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 9.
