About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our clients while identifying opportunities to expand our services. They will build strong relationships with our clients and ensure our fleet management and telematics solutions deliver maximum value. In this role, the successful candidate will gain exposure to the fleet management industry while developing foundational skills in technical troubleshooting, customer service and sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support for clients, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, guiding them through system utilization and resolving problems in a timely manner.
• Customer Service: Build rapport with clients, ensure all queries are handled professionally and cultivate a reputation for exceptional service.
• Sales Support: Identify opportunities where clients could benefit from additional services or expanded use of our platform. Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and support the sales process.
• Training & Development: Offer guidance and training to clients on platform usage, helping them fully utilize our telematics solutions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, support tickets and sales lead generation.
Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Prior experience in a technical support or sales role will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of basic sales principles.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to provide empathetic assistance.
• Eagerness to contribute to both customer satisfaction and sales targets.
Terms of Service:
• The successful candidates will be placed on a Fixed Term Contract.
