Role Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is a visionary with a proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact on our brand’s growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Door-to-Door marketing efforts to engage with local clients and generate sales.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Manage and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels including social media, email, and the company website.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology and Lab Sciencies or a related medical field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a marketing management role, preferably within Medical industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including D2D, SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization and with external partners.
